- Monitor various activities in operation to ensure plant production and quality standards are met
- Supervise and schedule work for production personnel
- Monitor the equipment used in production processes
- Ensure materials are appropriately staged for next production runs
- Promote safe work environment and behaviors
- Follow GMP and work with company regulatory, food safety, quality, and sanitation requirements
- HS diploma
- 25 years of experience in Food/Beverage manufacturing environment
- ESL experience is preferred
- Spanish is a PLUS
- Knowledge of manufacturing process flow and continuous improvement models
- Proficient with MS Offices
- Leadership skills and able to train employees
