- Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiate on their behalf.
- Stay abreast of current NJ State and Federal Laws pertinent to estate planning.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, offering empathetic advice and reassurance during challenging times.
- Effectively oversee a caseload of estate planning matters, ensuring compliance with specified monthly billable hour, and collected dollar budget targets.
- Supervise and delegate legal work to paraprofessionals to ensure their meeting of billable hour and collected dollar budget requirements.
- Contribute positively to the company's culture through collaboration and professionalism.
- A minimum of three years of experience practicing as an Estate and Will Attorney, demonstrating proficiency in estate planning, will drafting, and probate administration.
- Expertise in high net worth asset protection strategies, including comprehensive knowledge of trust structuring, asset allocation, and tax optimization techniques.
- Possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar of Nevada or a willingness to sit for the next bar exam, showcasing your commitment to practicing law within the state.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive trusts and estates matters with discretion and integrity.
- Excellent negotiation, conflict resolution, and advocacy skills with ability to cultivate strong client relationships and provide empathetic advice.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively convey complex legal concepts to clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
