    Encore at Eastmark is a 55+ active adult HOA community located in Mesa, Arizona. The community opened in early 2015, and upon completion, this modern neighborhood will feature 973 single-family homes. The 15,000 square-foot Encore Club serves as the social hub offering social spaces such as classrooms, billiards tables, state-of-the-art fitness center, and a caf to relax with food and beverage. An arts and crafts studio, as well as a library, provide residents with a number of creative outlets. Outdoor amenities include a resort-style pool and spa, and an outdoor patio with fire-pits, tennis, bocce ball and pickleball courts. Finally, an event lawn makes it easy to host concerts and events on the community grounds.

    Responsible for answering the phone lines, managing the front entrance and maintaining the reception desk within a residential HOA community through utilizing excellent customer service skills to assist the needs of homeowners, visitors, vendors and inbound callers. Also assists with events, activities and the caf.

    Position Responsibilities:

    • Partners with Community Manager to effectively manage the front reception area.
    • Operate various software programs and websites to assist homeowners with amenity card issuance, registrations, reservations, payments, etc.
    • Responsible for the opening and/or closing procedures of facility as directed.
    • Retrieves and distributes all voice mails left with front reception.
    • Greets all homeowners and determines their immediate needs.
    • Walks the facility and enforces established rules and policies.
    • Monitors pickups/deliveries.
    • Operate cash drawer and balance drawer at the end of each shift.
    • Helping to set up and break down for events, being present during events for additional work as needed.
    • Performs other related duties as directed.
    Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
    • Ability to multitask while staying focused and detail oriented.
    • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, establish priorities, and meet deadlines.
    • Exceptional organization skills.
    • Ability to proficiently utilize computer programs and database systems, including Microsoft Office, internet and e-mail systems.
    • Ability to interact and work positively and effectively with residents and staff at all levels.
    • Ability to deal with customer service requests in a professional and timely manner.
    • Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively within the department as well as with other departments.
    Physical Demands & Work Environment:
    • Sitting at workstation utilizing a computer in an office setting.
    • Walking and/or standing for long periods of time during events as needed.
    • Lifting up to 30 pounds when setting up or breaking down for events.
