Job summary
This is a hands-on strategic role for someone who understands growth, healthcare referrals, digital lead flow and the operational realities of converting interest into care.
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to executive leadership on growth planning and market Business Development & Referral Growth
- Builddirect referral relationships with pediatricians and physician groups diagnostician psychologists school systems early childhood partners community organizations professional networks Develop scalable outreach strategies referral tools and partner education materials Track referral source performance identify opportunities to deepen expand or course-correct relationships Serve as an external representative of Verbal Beginnings to this community Lead Generation & Digital Patient Acquisition Partner with Marketing to oversee inbound lead generation strategy across paid search paid social organic digital channels website conversion paths forms Ensure lead quality volume flow align with organizational capacity growth goals Collaborate with Intake leadership optimize speed-to-contact lead routing prioritization handoff workflows between marketing intake operations Identify friction points in the digital-to-intake journey drive continuous improvement Engage agencies freelancers supporting various aspects funnel Strategy Optimization Performance Own top-of-funnel mid-funnel performance metrics including lead volume by source cost per lead conversion rates from inquiry scheduled next step qualification disqualification trends channel Analyze trends channels inform investment decisions growth strategy Translate data clear insights actionable recommendations leadership Partner Operations ensure growth strategies align staffing geography service availability Serve connective leader Business Development Marketing Intake Operations Help define clear ownership workflows accountability teams Qualifications Minimum years progressive experience business development growth marketing revenue operations preferably healthcare behavioral health ABA home health outpatient services Demonstrated success managing relationship-based growth data-driven lead generation Strong working knowledge CRMs leads management systems e.g Salesforce HubSpot digitally acquisition workflows Experience partnering marketing teams paid organic acquisition strategies Highly analytical translate data strategy execution Exceptional communication presentation relationship-building skills Comfort operating both strategic tactical levels fast-growing organization Verbal Beginnings personnel policies procedures practices prohibit discrimination race color religious creed disability ancestry national origin age sex employment opportunities applicants disabilities reasonable accommodation meet physical mental limitations qualified applicants employees
