    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly motivated analyst or associate with experience in private equity, investment banking, or wealth management to transition into a sales role at a rapidly growing startup.

    This individual will leverage their passion for growth and ambition to exceed revenue goals while contributing to the development of the sales team's playbook and strategy.

    • You bring 1-2 years of experience in finance: wealth management, banking, growth equity, VC, or related fields.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting to close to drive revenue growth.
    • Exceeding revenue targets through strategic outbound outreach and converting inbound opportunities.
    • Acquiring key accounts that enable the company to expand into high-priority customer segments.
    • Continuously refining and optimizing sales methodologies, systems, and processes to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Collaborating with leadership to identify new revenue opportunities and execute innovative strategies.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 1-2 years of experience in finance: wealth management, banking, growth equity, VC, etc.
    • Maximum 3 years out of college with internships at prestigious firms (UBS, Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, etc.).
    • Reside in San Francisco and be excited to work in-person 5 days a week.
    • Demonstrate a willingness to take ownership of revenue growth and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Nice-to-Haves:

    • College athlete or equivalent team-driven experience.
