Objective:

Looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced environment with a dynamic team representing a top-notch company in the HVAC equipment industry? The Sales Center Manager role involves overseeing sales and operations for a wholesale distributorship catering to HVAC professionals. This position is key in managing sales center operations and ensuring high sales, customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability through effective team leadership.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Representing the company as a leader in the industry to drive maximum sales and profitability.
Monitoring inventory levels and showroom merchandising.
Managing inventory to minimize losses.
Recruiting, hiring, training, and developing new associates in compliance with regulations.
Overseeing Warehouse, Shipping/Receiving, Delivery, Fleet Drivers, Showroom, Counter Sales, and Sales personnel.
Promoting safety awareness and ensuring safe practices.
Effective management of branch P&L.
Ensuring exceptional customer experience and timely issue resolution.
Analyzing business trends and collaborating with sales teams to boost store traffic.
Conducting oneself professionally in all interactions.
Coordinating training and events.
Performing other assigned duties.

In addition to the above responsibilities, this individual will be accountable for all other assigned duties.

Required Qualifications:

2-4 years of operational experience in retail or wholesale.
Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and team-oriented mindset.
Proven ability to increase sales in a retail setting.
Experience in analyzing data to make informed decisions.
Building and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.
Leading teams towards achieving company goals.
Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the HVAC industry with knowledge of HVAC equipment.
Experience working with contractors.
Prior roles with P&L responsibilities.
Successful track record in sales, operations, purchasing, and inventory management.
Mechanical or technical background.
