As a member of our Clinical Business Development team, you will secure and retain business for QPS through professional, consultative, and proactive sales activities directed at decision-makers and influencers at existing and new clients, as well as sourcing new business.

Since its inception, QPS has been assisting pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies with their drug development efforts by providing a full range of Neuropharmacology, DMPK, Toxicology, Bioanalysis, Translational Medicine, Early Phase Clinical and Phase II – IV Clinical Research services.

The Job
Meet or exceed annual proposal and sales targets as determined by Management.
Prospect, generate and develop new leads/business opportunities.
Drive sales to closure working in conjunction with Operations.
Network and relationship-build at senior/decision-maker level across key accounts.
Heavy travel required

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in relevant scientific discipline or business, or equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to successfully perform the job.
Minimum of 5 years in a CRO orpharmaceutical/biotech
sales or operations
In-depth knowledge of the drug development industry with key contacts and relationships
