- Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Manage kitchen staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient ordering and minimize waste
- Collaborate with the Head Chef to create and update menu offerings based on seasonality and customer feedback
- Work with the Marketing Team on menu design and content for various platforms
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Implement and enforce sanitation and cleanliness standards
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in kitchen operations and procedures
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Proficient in menu planning and costing
- Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and procedures
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of culinary trends and best practices
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification is a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Kitchen Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Kitchen Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our kitchen. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation, inventory management, and kitchen staff coordination.
