    Assignment Dates:
    ASAP - OngoingRate: $350/hrLocation: Cape Girardeau, MO hour 45 min to St Louis, MO

    Job Details:
    EMR System: EpicRequirements for Admissions: No

    Facility Will Accept Multiple Providers:
    YesType of Practice: Both Inpatient and Outpatient
    Shift Hours: 7-3pm M-F, flexible. 40 hours per week with potential/unlikely overtime. Medically directed with a CRNA ratio of 4:1.


    Requirements:
    Missouri license required

    Board Certification/Eligibility Required:
    Yes, minimum board certification eligible

    Clean HistoryCertifications Required:

    ACLS:
    Yes


    BLS:

    YesAdditional Information:

    The position involves a variety of surgeries including cardiac, complete ortho, complex vascular, neuro, OB, pediatric, regional, and thoracic surgeries.

    Anesthesia skills required include general anesthesia for adults and pediatric, spinal anesthesia, epidural anesthesia, regional anesthesia surgery, and more.
    Credentialing estimated timeframe is between 30-90 days.
