Job DescriptionIn this position you will:
Produce demand planning scenarios for specific key Customers
Ensure timely research of forecasts and actuals to allow real-time purchase or disposal of assets in an efficient and cost-effective manner
Manage demand planning duties including forecasting future product demand, analyzing lifecycle asset flow, liaising with key Customers to manage New Product introduction, SKU management, and End of Life Planning
You will be responsible for:
Developing demand forecasts (operational forecasts) at multiple levels of aggregation
Reviewing historical sales trends, researching demand drivers, preparing forecast data, developing statistical forecast models, and evaluating forecast results
Coordinating cross-functional research activities to reconcile significant variances and refine the forecast model to reflect updated sales and marketing assumptions
Utilizing a collaborative and consensus approach by working with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Finance to obtain and ensure that current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts
Managing and maintaining the demand planning process including updating relevant spreadsheets and databases
Providing input to the wider Centre of Excellence (COE) organization in developing inventory strategies globally on existing assets, new products, and product phase-outs
Master data creation, mapping, and management
Developing and maintaining working relationships with internal and external suppliers and Customers
Compiling and issuing weekly and monthly KPI reports
Recommending purchase order placement and working in conjunction with Asset Management team
Assisting and supporting in developing new ways of working as the business expands

You will require the following qualifications and skills:
Min 5 years' experience of working Operations or Supply Chain within the Telecommunication industry
Strong analytical skills and logical decision-making experience
Good financial acumen and understanding of P&L management
Proven Account management skills & strong interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluent in English)
Ability to work methodically with attention to detail
"Can-do" proactive attitude with the determination to see through change
Ability to work effectively across a complex matrix organization and establish strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
