Supervisor Position - Hotel Front Desk

We are currently seeking a seasoned Hotel Front Desk Supervisor to join our team. This is a key leadership role that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, with experience in managing front desk operations and leading a team of front desk agents.
They will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop creative solutions.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

Oversee the daily operations of the front desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes, and handling guest inquiries and complaints efficiently.
Develop and implement strategies to improve guest satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
Lead and motivate the front desk team, providing guidance, coaching, and performance evaluations to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality service.
Work closely with other departments to resolve issues and address guest concerns in a timely and professional manner.
