Summary: Seeking a Continuous Improvement / Process Engineer to lead lean/six sigma initiatives and drive operational excellence in manufacturing.

Job Requirements:

3-7 years of experience in a relevant field.
Bachelor's Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering; Operations/Industrial Management or Lean Operations preferred.
Must have experience in service or manufacturing industries utilizing TPS, Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma strategies.
Familiarity with manufacturing, machining, test, and calibration environments.

Preferred Skills:

Master's degree or Six Sigma Blackbelt certification.
Proven success in roles such as Operations, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and drive continuous improvement activities across the US Business Unit.
Analyze and develop strategies for cost reductions and working capital improvements.
Conduct employee training on lean principles and practices.
Deploy Visual Management systems within the organization.
Lead Kaizen improvement events to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Pay: 60-70

Pay Details: $60.00 to $70.00 per hour
