Consider it a stepping stone toward a future Clinic or Area Director position.Total compensation is $94,000 - $107,000, which includes your base salary and $12,000 annual bonus based on efficiency & quality care metrics.

Lead the charge in creating a committed team of RBTs and BCBAs.

Clinical Quality Leadership:
Assume a critical role in overseeing and improving clinical quality standards.
Your guidance will be key to improving service delivery and managing vital metrics, including service hours delivered versus recommended, parent training effectiveness, operational efficiency, and assessment response times.
