Responsibilities
- Setting strategic focus and direction for futures state packaging opportunities and linkage into innovation pipeline.
- Work influentially and collaboratively with cross-functional team across multiple levels of management to define packaging strategic direction.Work to remove barriers and elevate issues as needed to drive business agenda
Proactively challenge technical assumptions and current business processes to drive new package innovation.Ensure that packaging COE team utilizes scientific and engineering understanding to resolve issues or implement direct deploy packaging project activity deliver against innovation development commercialization agenda.
