The centerpiece of Reserve is the 102 bottle cruvinet which houses bottles of wine and uses nitrogen to preserve wines for up to a six-week shelf life. **ABOUT THE POSITION**

Reserve is looking for an enthusiastic **Bartender** to provide an excellent guest drinking experience. This position will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers needs and expectations. The ideal candidate will be familiar with a wide variety of drink recipes and is capable of delivering quality customer service.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons;

Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and alcohol;

Monitor the cash levels of the bar

Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations;

Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails;

Plan and present bar menu;

Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age;

Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies;

Create an excellent guest experience;

Perform opening and closing duties, as assigned;

Comply with all food and beverage regulations.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**

Proven working experience as a bartender

Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks

Computer literacy

Positive attitude and excellent communication skills

Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Relevant training certificate

Must be able to lift twenty (20) pounds
