    Description

    Required Early Morning Availability

    In this position, you'll be in charge of maintaining the store's cleanliness following company procedures, guidelines, and standards. Your main goal is to create a safe and tidy environment for customers and team members through daily cleaning tasks.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Boost sales by providing a welcoming shopping atmosphere that encourages customers to make purchases. Ensure a clean sales floor for a pleasant shopping experience.
    • Support various aspects of the business through the Shop C3 Program.
    • Maintain cleanliness in all store areas according to company standards.
    • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies to uphold a safe environment. Place orders for replenishment as needed.
    • Build customer trust by addressing their shopping requirements.
    • Utilize different retail offerings to deliver a seamless customer experience. Execute operational tasks effectively, including BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS.
    • Stay updated on chemical, equipment, and maintenance training. Conduct basic equipment maintenance regularly.
    • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with shoppers.
    • Utilize company tools and technology for effective team communication.
    • Adhere to Kohl's best practices and guidelines.

    Essential Duties

    • Ability to perform key responsibilities effectively.
    • Participate in training programs related to chemicals, equipment, and cleaning procedures.
    • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to dress code requirements.
    • Learn and comply with company policies and procedures.
    • Collaborate with supervisors, managers, and colleagues effectively.
    • Work well in a team environment and complete tasks within deadlines.
    • Possess basic math and reading skills, good handwriting, and basic computer knowledge.
    • Operate various technology devices as needed.
    • Flexible availability to work different shifts.
    • Adhere to physical requirements of the job.

    Physical Demands

    • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and over 50 lbs. with assistance.
    • Perform physical tasks like climbing, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
    • Verify merchandise, wear protective equipment, and work in variable conditions.

      • Qualifications

      • No specific education or experience required, but preferred.
      • Minimum age of 18.
      • Keen interest in learning and growth.
      • Support for diversity and creating an inclusive workplace environment.

      Starting Pay: $15.25
