    A Pet's Choice Veterinary Care is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Receptionist to join their amazing team

    The Veterinary Receptionist is a highly motivated person who loves animals and wants to work closely with them and their owners. They are responsible for providing high quality customer service and support to clients of a veterinary practice. They will assist clients with appointments, billing inquiries, as well as handling client concerns and complaints in a professional manner.

    Pay: Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $15 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Shift: This is a 4 day, 10-hour shift. Must available every other Saturday.

    Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person
    • Schedule appointments
    • Assist with check in and check out process
    • Process payments and handle billing inquiries
    • Maintain patient records and information
    • Maintain a clean and organized environment

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent
    • Previous customer service experience, preferably in veterinary or healthcare setting
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
    • Basic computer proficiency
    • Knowledge of veterinary terminology and procedures
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, squatting, reach, and walking throughout the day
    • Outstanding team skills
