    Summary: Seeking a Systems Engineer to implement and support IT solutions at an airport, ensuring efficient workflow and system operations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in related field with 1-year experience, or 2-3 years of related experience/training
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Server O/S VMWare ESXi
    • Experience in hands-on PC hardware installation and support

    Preferred Skills:

    • MCSE, VMWare, or Cisco Certification
    • Customer service experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Implement Airport IT software/hardware solutions for continual operation
    • Establish and modify systems to improve workflow efficiency
    • Develop/maintain technical/project documentation
    • Provide technical advice and resolve problems within set time constraints
    • Monitor systems daily for 24/7 operation assurance
    • Coordinate maintenance activities for support level maintenance
    • Deliver effective support services and coordinate cross-team interactions
    • Participate in a rotating schedule for round-the-clock customer support
    Pay Details: $40.00 to $47.00 per hour
