Role Description

Seeking a patent agent and/or attorney who is registered with the UPSTO and has 2 to 6 years of law firm or industry patent drafting and prosecution experience in computer science or electrical engineering. Candidates must have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering. Experience with electrical and software technologies including some of, machine learning, artificial intelligence, wireless communications, optics, sensors, and/or semiconductors.

Qualifications

• Experience and knowledge in Patent Preparation, Patent Applications, Patent Law, Patentability, and Patent Searching
• EE or CS degree
• Must be registered with the USPTO
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attorneys must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Bar in one or more States.
