    Compensation: Up To $21.50 per hour (with experience)

    Specific Responsibilities:

    • Place all grocery orders
    • Follow backroom inventory procedures
    • Achieve department sales and financial goals
    • Plan and execute display layouts
    • Manage weekly schedules for associates
    • Ensure timely completion of price changes and new/discontinued items processes
    • Stock products as per plan-o-gram
    • Rotate products to prevent expiration
    • Conduct reviews for center store associates
    • Recruit, train, and develop center store associates
    • Assist with department resets and inventories
    • Maintain stocking efficiencies and cleanliness standards
    • Provide product recommendations to guests

    Managerial Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate hospitality when interacting with guests
    • Provide leadership and guidance to team members
    • Collaborate with other departments
    • Adhere to company policies and procedures
    • Stay updated on industry best practices
    • Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and associates

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma, Bachelor's degree preferred
    • 3 years of grocery department experience, management background a plus
    • Certification for Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack
    • Proficient merchandising skills
    • Forecast product demand accurately
    • Strong management and leadership abilities
    • Excellent organization and planning skills
    • Effective communication skills
    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and email
    • Analytical and problem-solving skills
