    Job title: Licensed Nursing Assistant

    Description

    In this rewarding role as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of residents in post-acute facilities.

    Your primary responsibilities will include providing nursing care to residents, measuring and monitoring vital signs, and reporting any concerns to your supervisor as necessary. You will also be responsible for observing the conditions of residents during your shift and serving meals to residents as needed.

    Key Skills and Qualifications

    • Current New Hampshire Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
    • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
    • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with medical professionals and residents

    You will also have the opportunity to support residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, mobility, and toileting. Additionally, you will be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, keeping resident rooms clean, and changing linens.
