    The Role / Responsibilities:

    Methodology Delivery Team

    We are looking for a highly-motivated and experienced individual to join as Assistant Vice President-Delivery Manager in the Methodology Delivery Team. The Team is responsible for methodology project delivery using agile and scrum principles according to plan and scope.

    The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities:

    • Being a servant leader creating and leading positive, collaborative, and supported working group environments
    • Driving scrum ceremonies and delivering successful outcomes on a timely and consistent basis
    • Facilitating working group discussions, decision making, conflict resolution, and change management
    • Proactively assessing and managing project risks and mitigation plans
    • Driving communication, improving transparency, and radiating information amongst stakeholders
    • Continuous coaching and training teams in agile and lean principles
    • Tracking and reporting progress and dependencies, proactively identifying roadblocks and removing impediments
    • Supporting management with periodic and ad-hoc reporting
    • Managing working group commitments and deliverables

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree required preferably in business or technology.
    • 8 to 10 years of experience in managing complex, global and fast-paced cross functional projects following agile and scrum principles demonstrating consistency in successful outcomes
    • Strong communications skills (oral and written) including experience in facilitating large working group sessions for consensus building.
    • Excellent judgement and critical thinking skills for problem-solving, ability to negotiate interpersonal, inter-team conflict sessions
    • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to be agile and handle multiple projects and timelines while being detail oriented
    • Strong team player with the ability to work independently - proactive, flexible, diligent, with the highest ethical standards.
    • High level of personal initiative and is a self-starter.
    • Proficiency in Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
    • Advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Teams.
    • Scrum master certification is a plus, but not essential.

    For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is[[$139,800]]-[[$202,650]], depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
