Our client is a well-rounded and reputable firm that is looking to bring on a strong Superintendent with experience in ground-up and interior construction across the healthcare, retail, education, office, and restaurant markets.
You'll represent the project team on the jobsite and play a critical role in delivering successful commercial builds throughout the Augusta region.

Manage day‑to‑day field operations for commercial construction projects.
Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, materials, and project logistics.
Maintain a safe, clean, well‑organized jobsite at all times.
Ensure work complies with plans, specifications, and timelines.
Review drawings, identify issues, and collaborate on solutions.
Lead site meetings and maintain detailed daily reports.
Execute punch list processes and closeout procedures.
Profile
3+ years of experience as a commercial construction superintendent.
Strong background managing ground‑up, renovation, and/or interior commercial projects.
Deep understanding of construction sequencing, building codes, and safety protocols.
Ability to read and interpret project documents with precision.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
Proficiency with project management, scheduling, and reporting tools.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
