    Job Summary:


    As a Restoration Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and coordinating projects focused on rebuilding structures following damage or deterioration.

    This position requires a unique blend of project management skills, technical expertise, and effective communication with stakeholders.

    You will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of the project within specified timelines, budgets, safety, and quality standards.


    Job Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, trade partners, and 3rd party experts to understand the scope and objectives of each project.
    Professional project execution which encompasses accurate timelines, resource allocation, and budgetary objectives.
    Clearly communicate project goals, schedule, issues, and financial performance on each project.
    Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure the highest standards of safety and workmanship are met.
    Maintain detailed project documentation including plans, reports, and correspondence.
    Generate regular progress reports for both internal and external stakeholders.
    Develop any maintain relationships with trade partners and vendors for multiple scopes of work.
    Issue subcontract agreements and purchase orders within the approved budgetary constraints.


    Job Requirements:
    Knowledge and background in Restoration
    Ability to identify and address any cost overruns and implement cost saving measures when applicable.
    Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
    Cleary communication with coworkers and customers/clients.
    Able to resolve and or assist on the job when needed, including after hours and weekend work.
    Overseeing project from start to finish including regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
    Organized and able to multitask.
    Some experience working with insurance adjusters and property management companies.

    Desired Qualifications:

    5 years or more experience in Restoration.
    Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related field.
    Proven experience as a Project Manger in Restoration.
    In depth knowledge of constructions means and methods, and relevant regulations.
    Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
    Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project)
    Must be able to work in difficult or sensitive situations.
    Exhibit a sense of urgency with a professional demeanor and positive attitude.
    Must be flexible and open to a constantly changing work environment.


    Salary:
    The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year plus performance-based bonus.

    Salary is to be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and location where job is performed.
