    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Support assigned teams in setting program and portfolio roadmaps, OKRs, and developing processes for work control, prioritization, dependency management, and communications.

    Help break down program and portfolio roadmaps into actionable work streams.
    Assist in resource planning, prioritization and trade-off discussions, and manage project budgets.
    Communicate progress, issues, risks, dependencies, and decisions needed to customer sand stakeholders.
    Support change management efforts and transformation management.
    Manage the details of multiple projects of varying size and complexity alongside the program manager.
    Build strong partnerships with stakeholders and business and technical leaders, creating project artefacts as needed.
    Support the creation of strategies and roadmaps for the People Tech team.
    Advocate for and assist in applying multiple project management methodologies.
    Identify and support the management of multi-functional dependencies and unblock roadblocks.
    Assist in preparing and delivering communications to various audiences, including up toC-suite.
    Contribute to delivering automated insights through dashboards and potentially project portfolio management tools.
    Collaborate and provide strategic input on the ongoing development of the People Team PMO's processes and tools.


    Requirements:
    2+ years of project management experience within an enterprise IT function and/or hybrid role working across business and technology.
    Familiarity with the People ecosystems, having worked in various tech stacks and applications.
    Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for the intended audience.
    Experience in supporting complex portfolio and project management in project management platforms.
    Experience organizing and coordinating project planning and prioritization activities.
    Excellent analytical skills, combined with sound business judgment. Ability to communicate effectively with management, IT, non-technical internal and external users, vendors, and international teams.
    Experience in defining projects with business stakeholders and supporting technical teams in executing against the project roadmap.
    Knowledge of resource allocation and project budget management.
    Understanding of cross-functional capacity planning for projects.
    Familiarity with running projects using a hybrid Waterfall and Agile approach.
    Experience with project management tools like Jira, SmartSheets, & Asana.
    Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, SCM) are beneficial but not required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
