- Demonstrate a strong passion for crafting extraordinary travel experiences for high-net-worth guests
- Handle inbound sales calls from consumers, understand their requirements, and offer travel recommendations (no cold calling involved)
- Conduct follow-up outbound calls, address objections, and successfully close sales
- Provide personalized suggestions based on guests' preferences and interests
- Develop long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty
- Explain cruise itineraries, onboard amenities, and pricing details
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with potential leads
- Enjoy the flexibility of working from home in a fully virtual setting
- Adhere to high ethical standards consistently
- Remain open to feedback, motivated, and driven to succeed with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in remote telephone sales with a proven track record of success
- Capability to meet individual sales targets
- Prior sales experience with the ability to close deals effectively during the first call
- Adaptability to work in a structured environment with strict schedule adherence
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be available from 5 am PST to 7 pm PST with one weekday and one weekend day off per week
