    Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma or GEDExperience operating printing press preferredExperience with dry off-set preferredSkills & AbilitiesStrong mechanical aptitude.
    Strong technical print knowledge.
    Exceptional color vision.
    Basic computer literacy.
    Ability to work safely in press areas.
    Maintain exemplary attendance and punctuality.
    Excellent written and oral communication skills.
    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team.
    Ability to follow direction and work individually or as part of a team.
    Self-driven and able to work with minimal oversight.
