- Pay range = $17.25 to $19 per hour
- 10a to Noon; Monday to Friday; 10 hours per week
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year minimum Administrative experience in Long-Term Care.
- Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification preferred.
- Phone, copying, filing and mail distribution responsibilities.
- Order medical and other supplies for the Unit.
- Verify daily census.
- Manage resident records for accuracy and effective filing process.
- Assist with resident appointment scheduling.
- Other administrative tasks as assigned.
