    Job Description:

    As a Canvasser, you will play a crucial role in generating leads for our sales team by delivering pitches to homeowners. This position requires a commitment of a minimum of 20 hours per week and entails utilizing provided tracking software to ensure efficient lead management. You will be responsible for providing homeowners with information about our company's products and services, maintaining a professional appearance at all times, and keeping accurate records of interactions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver compelling pitches to homeowners to generate leads for the sales team
    • Work a minimum of 20 hours per week to achieve lead generation targets
    • Utilize provided tracking software to monitor and manage leads effectively
    • Provide detailed information on company products and services to prospective customers
    • Maintain a professional appearance during all customer interactions
    • Keep accurate records of interactions with homeowners for reporting and analysis purposes
    • Majority of this role will be in the field and somethings will be remote

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or related fields preferred but not required.
    • Possession of a valid driver's license and smartphone
    • Reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed
    • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Bilingual proficiency is a plus
    • Excellent customer service skills to engage effectively with homeowners
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
    • Knowledge of electioneering laws and regulations is advantageous
    • Ability to adapt to different situations and handle rejection with resilience
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage lead records efficiently
