Description
This is a hands-on position teaching verbal behavior, social, and educational skills to a young adult with autism and related disabilities. As an autism therapist, you will make an impact by delivering 1:1 behavior therapy to individuals with special needs in their natural setting, such as in their home, school (special education or regular education), center, or community. Our passionate behavioral interventionists help teach individuals with autism how to talk, play, make friends, and function independently, while helping reduce any inappropriate behaviors.
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver, looking to work in the South Bay area, 12-hour shifts, AM & PM. Austistic male client, who is non-verbal. He needs asisstance with meal prep (following and planning a special diet) and personal care. He has a supporting loving family who is very involved.
Our Agency is seeking a
MUST HAVE:
ABA, BCBA, and/or CAS certifications
Home Care Aide Registration (HCA)
At least 2 YEARS Experience working as a caregiver or CNA
Authorization to Work in the US
Recent Physical Exam and TB Test (negative)
COVID Vaccine Card or QR Code
Driver's License and Insurance'
