- Support the company's Asset Management Program (AMP) by working with operations to ensure system functionality and efficiency.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and analytics of telematics to ensure accurately, cost effective and timely equipment maintenance and management.
- Participate in the company's Crane and Rig inspection program to ensure that crane inspections are conducted according to Equipment Department procedures.
- Provide support for Equipment Department resource programs and systems to ensure thorough communication of company policies, procedures, and department updates.
- Provide technical guidance and direction to ensure after-market retrofitting of equipment meets approved specifications.
- Assist in the coordination of Equipment Department training activities and programs for the Construction and Materials operations to ensure training events occur as designed and scheduled.
- Assist in the maintenance and development of the company's Equipment Identification Program, standard identity manual, and Repair Guidelines to achieve fleet consistency.
- Support on-site mining and machine application reviews, report and make recommended changes to ensure compliance with Company policies and procedures.
- Support maintenance and repair activities to ensure that work orders are captured accurately and completed on time.
- Bachelor's degree is required in a specialty that is common to Equipment Department activities.
- Part-time or internship experience in equipment or construction-related field preferred.
- Strong leadership ability.
- Practical knowledge of the function, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment and/or education & experience in heavy equipment maintenance and repair.
- Proficient computer skills including all MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and familiarity with Oracle Enterprise One (e1) Capital Asset Management (CAM) module.
- Ability to work in high production environment and respond quickly and effectively under pressure and deadlines.
- Ability to interface and build strong relationships with all levels of personnel.
- Strong written and oral communication skills to effectively disseminate information.
- Strong time management, organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player who can operate effectively within a matrix management environment.
- Comply, understand, and support the company's safety initiatives to ensure a safe work environment.
- Ability and willingness to abide by the company's Policies, Programs, Code of Conduct and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Valid driver's license and ability to drive.

General Summary
This role will provide a unique opportunity to support and implement Company-wide equipment initiatives, gain a deep understanding of our company-wide equipment management strategy, and support success in equipment operations.

Base Salary Range:
$68, $103,263.00
Pay may vary based upon relevant experience, skills, location, and education among other factors.
