Provide strategic direction, and operational support for the day-to-day aspects of the warehouse and transportation functions of the foodservice solutions and redistribution divisions, while following all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Direct, recruit, train, develop, and provide performance feedback to direct reports to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness

• Lead adherence to safety, food safety and transportation compliance initiatives
• Handle all operation concerns, facilitate escalated problem resolution, and lead process improvement opportunities
• Manage internal and external customer metrics and lead interface with warehouse and transportation teams
• Support VP, Lineage Ecommerce with Logistics initiatives and implementation

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** Serve as back up for General Managers when needed

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES)** 10 years progressive senior level management and leadership experience in a Ecommerce warehouse and environment

• Knowledge of Transportation, Environmental, Health, and Food Safety Guidelines
• Experience in the Ecommerce business in multiple facilities
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of strategy, annual plans, operational performance, finance, and profit & loss management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to deal with ambiguity
• Ability to travel up 70%
