- Maintain and schedule accurate calendars, meetings, tracking sheets and other tools as directed.
- Day to day order management, gathering and tracking information regarding schedules, invoices, etc.
- Contact vendors, verify compliance with lead times, check for ETA changes on a frequent basis for "reasonableness" and notify buyers of potential problems.
- Update delivery information and follow up with vendors on late shipments and/or deliveries.
- Work with vendors and GSCM team members to ensure operational risks are escalated, evaluated, and mitigated.
- Maintain databases and supporting files as directed.
- Create unique procurement records in systems and databases.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist Global Supply Chain Management team on project related tasks.
- Other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a heightened attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and Autodesk Suite. Strong MS Excel skills are a must
- Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain within the Engineering and Construction industry preferred and highly desired.
- 1-3 years desired work experience. Past internships directly related to the role will be taken into consideration.
- Diploma or Degree level qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred, but not required.
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required.
