    Voter Registration Clerk Job Summary


    ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Voter Registration Clerk for a temporary assignment with the Bernalillo County Bureau of Elections.



    About the Role


    • Filing and retention of necessary items are key aspects of this role. The ideal candidate will be able to provide excellent customer service in person or over the phone.
    • The successful candidate will assist in setting up Voting Convenience Centers and canvassing election returns.
    • Data entry skills are also essential, as the individual will need to accurately enter voter registration applications and voter records data.


    Requirements & Qualifications


    • Able to pass a drug screen and criminal background check. A minimum 2+ years administrative experience required. High school degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Must possess strong verbal communication skills, including telephone communication capabilities, good organizational abilities and time management skills,
      • Sufficient MS Office practical knowledge, ability to maintain confidentiality , significant experience with office management daily operations.
