    Sales Contract Support Specialist

    Responsible for providing support to the PPS Sales team in the Offer to Contract process. Specialist, Sales Support

    Receive and evaluate requests from Sales team for new or revised offers.
    Maintain regular communication with Sales personnel to gather necessary information and provide status updates at each stage.

    Develop and maintain sound knowledge of various PPS Contracts documents – understanding the requirements for and application of each.

    Assist in maintaining database of required and optional language utilized by Boca Contracts team on Schedules and in other correspondence.

    Assist in maintaining virtual and physical files for Boca Contracts team and share documentation with other teams as needed and requested.

    Assist in gathering and analyzing data related to customer contracts.

    Interact with all members of CSA Sales team in a supportive role to successfully and accurately facilitate the offer to order process in a timely manner.

    Organize and manage requests through to completion while maintaining regular communication with the Sales Team.

    Partner with other members of Sales Support team as well as various other internal teamsR to accurately gather and process information required for complete and correct creation of orders.

    Participate in various projects to completion.
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, 0r 1 to 2 years of related experience.

    • Must be proficient with MS OFFICE.
