The position:
The Assistant Application Support Manager role in our Software Support division contributes to the success of the organization through management of centralized administrative tasks related to accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing support to an assigned portfolio of properties across a variety of AP, AR, and administrative tasks.
Leverages a customer support ticketing system to resolve internal and external support inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, ensuring a high-level of customer satisfaction.
Assists in developing analytics to track and monitor performance.Supervises AR related tasks such as reapplying/reversing resident payments and AP duties related to AVID vendor payments.
Helps overseeing the acceptance or rejection of resident payments in the ClickPay queue based on company guidelines and criteria.
Actively works on Housing (HCV) related tickets to make necessary corrections to resident ledgers in Yardi and all other tasks related to the HCV Accounting program such as training and onboarding.
Corresponds with internal teams to resolve resident/third party system (AVID and ClickPay) challenges and proactively identify opportunities to advance systems and processes.
Focuses on team development and career pathing.Maintains effective scheduling of team responsibilities, individually and as a group, based on skills, priorities, and deadlines.
Other team duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 2-4 years experience in property management
Excel Intermediate knowledge
Experience with Yardi preferred, with OneSite/RealPage a plus
Supervisory experience a plus
Employment with RPM Living is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and possessing a valid drivers license.
