Do you have a passion for helping students and a knack for providing compassionate care?

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Basehor, Kansas (Kansas City area) for an immediate start (ASAP) with the possibility of continuing through the Extended School Year (ESY) and Next School Year (NSY).

In this unique role, you will provide individualized support to a high school student in a 1:1 setting. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting the student with toileting and other personal care needs
• Collaborating with the student's healthcare plan and medical professionals
• Working alongside the student in the classroom, offering academic support

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Current Kansas State License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Experience working with children or adolescents is preferred
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• A compassionate and patient demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
