Responsibilities:

The General Manager is accountable for overseeing the restaurant's operations to ensure it meets McDonald's high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. Working closely with the leadership team, the General Manager sets goals for the restaurant and collaborates on strategies to achieve them. Leading a team of Department Managers, the GM provides guidance, support, and coaching to drive excellence in each department. Additionally, the GM is involved in recruiting and mentoring future leaders within the restaurant.

Requirements:

Qualified candidates should have previous experience as a General Manager in a high-volume establishment, preferably in the quick-service restaurant industry. Hospitality or retail background is a plus. Minimum age requirement for a managerial role is 18 years.
