    We're seeking enthusiastic Medical Records Technicians to join our team This role offers a fantastic entry point for individuals interested in the dynamic intersection of Healthcare & Technology.

    As a Medical Records Technician with us, you'll receive company laptops and portable scanners for travel to various medical facilities and hospitals to scan patient medical records.

    Responsibilities include:

    Maintaining a systematic record of patient information and document collection.

    Ensuring accuracy, organization, and completeness of medical records.

    Creating digital copies of paperwork and storing records electronically.

    Filing paperwork/reports promptly and accurately.

    Adhering to HIPAA standards.

    Utilizing electronic systems for data collection, organization, and management.

    Strictly following all confidentiality guidelines, rules, and procedures.

    Collaborating with medical staff, healthcare providers, and other medical personnel.

    Pay:

    • Paid semi-monthly based on total hours worked or total records retrieved during the work period (whichever is higher)
    • Paid mileage
    • Reimbursement for some travel expenses
    • Paid $50 (daily) Food Allowance, when traveling out of state
    • Paid Flight + Hotel + Rental (if required)

    *This position is seasonal, part-time to full-time, with the possibility of extension based on project needs

    Requirements

    Qualifications:

    • Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
    • Have a car and active insurance in their name (Candidates must provide Registration documentation)
    • Internet access at home
    • Willing to drive up to 60-80 miles or more (round-trip)
    • Basic PC and office equipment skills
    • Knowledge of file copying, sharing, and transfer
    • Intermediate knowledge of medical chart structure, content, and medical terminologies
