    As a

    BMS Servicing or Commissioning Engineer


    you will be joining one of the largest HVAC Controls Systems Houses in Ireland, offering a wide range of market-leading products that provide engineered solutions for the control of services within any building environment throughout Ireland and the UK.

    Due to continued business expansion and repeat business, they are looking to add BMS Servicing and Commissioning Engineers based in Belfast to cover sites primarily based in NI.


    As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining existing BMS systems and identify and correct any faults or irregularities.

    In addition, you would be expected to identify and action opportunities for upgrades or improvements to the customer's system.


    As a Commissioning Engineer, you would be part of a team with the responsibility to ensure that new-build projects are delivered on scope and on time, including the final commissioning, demonstration to the customer and handover.


    In addition, you would be expected to be fully conversant with and able to program a BMS system from conception.

    You will also need to demonstrate self-management, project management and innovation skills.

    As BMS Servicing or Commissioning Engineer you will have:

    Degree / HND / ONC in Engineering - ideally electrically biased.


    2+ years' experience of the Trend or Cylon systems would be an advantage, but not essential as training would be provided.

    To understand control panel design, manufacture, design and testing.

    Knowledge of instrumentation and integration to 3rd party systems.

    Ability to modify BMS strategies and experience of front end graphics.

    A full clean driving licence is essential.

    Ability to work well independently and/or as part of a team.

    Travel to customer sites will be required, but the aim is to work locally where possible.
