- Imaging of laptops and desktops. An understanding of TCP/IP and Active Directory.
- Management of asset inventory.
- Repair of all computer assets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP) necessary for bench success as well as customer satisfaction.
- Attention to detail in diagnosis, repair, and QC.
- High school diploma required.
- Able to come into office to repair devices.
