    Job Description

    Diagnose and resolve issues across networks, systems, and applications to maintain operational excellence.

    Design and evaluate networking devices, emphasizing proficiency with particular networking hardware like Cisco Meraki and Ubiquiti to enhance value.

    Visit remote sites to deploy new IT equipment, including computing and network devices. Potentially involving up to 50% travel time.

    Serve as the immediate escalation channel for all technical issues.

    Set up, configure, and oversee the maintenance of the organization's Local Area Networks (LANs), including VLAN management.

    Leverage PowerShell for scripting to enhance and automate administrative tasks.

    Operate and manage Microsoft Active Directory for the administration of network resources, user privileges, and security measures.

    Display strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

    Skills and Requirements

    Bachelor's degree in computer science or 3-year of related field experience.

    Effective interpersonal skills and relationship-building skills, with a strong customer-service orientation.

    Strong written and oral communication skills with the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.

    Willingness to travel 35-50% of time (all travel covered with a company credit card)

    Experience working Microsoft Windows technology and architecture. Working knowledge of Active Directory, TCP/IP, DNS, and PowerShell.

    Ability to support and provide guidance for both technical and vendor-related issues.
