    At EVRAZ, we believe in the power of teamwork and collaboration to drive success. We are looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to join our Rod & Bar Mill team in Pueblo, Colorado. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing operations, managing a team, and ensuring the production of high-quality products in a safe and efficient manner.

    • Manage the KRONOS Pay System for employee time cards daily
    • Lead shift safety meetings and train employees on best practices
    • Supervise product shipping and collaborate with the Sales Department for product prioritization
    • Forecast operational schedules based on orders
    • Monitor daily production and implement improvement strategies
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and collective bargaining agreements
    • Requirements

      • 3 years of industrial manufacturing experience
      • 1 year of supervisory experience
      • Knowledge of process troubleshooting and material logistics
      • High mechanical aptitude and organizational skills
      • Associate degree in a technical field preferred
      • Experience with database development and lean manufacturing principles
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint
      • Strong time management and communication skills
      • Valid Colorado Driver's License required

      Compensation

      • $75,000 - $90,000

      Open & Closing Dates: 05/15/2024 – 07/29/2024
