    Job Description

    Join our team as an Operations Executive where you will play a crucial role in devising technical solutions to address functions such as employee- and labor-relations, workers' compensation, background investigations, reasonable accommodation, alternate dispute resolution, performance management, and onboarding. This dynamic position involves all phases of the project lifecycle from analysis, design, development, testing to deployment, focusing on delivering, enhancing, and providing support for case management solutions for federal agencies on Tyler Technology's Entellitrak platform. Your responsibilities include leveraging Java EE application frameworks and technologies to efficiently research problems, plan, recommend, and deploy solutions professionally while managing multiple client projects concurrently.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Configure and customize core application components to align with customer requirements.
    • Utilize Agile methodology and J2EE frameworks for developing customizations and utilities.
    • Deploy solutions with configurations and customizations.
    • Collaborate with business analysts to gather requirements, understand 'as-is' and 'to-be' processes.
    • Design solutions and document in a Technical Design document.
    • Identify and implement operational efficiency opportunities.
    • Document instructions for solution operation and maintenance.
    • Provide application support, bug fixes, enhancements, and manage client expectations.
    • Stay informed about contractual obligations and hours/billing.
    • Continuously enhance skills, share knowledge with team members, and onboard new team members.

    Qualifications

    • Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance.
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information, or related field.
    • 4+ years of progressively responsible IT consulting experience.
    • Comprehensive understanding and experience with software Project Lifecycle.
    • Hands-on development experience in Java, JavaScript, and SQL (4+ years).
    • Familiarity with MS SQL Server, Oracle, and writing stored procedures.
    • Experience with J2EE, Design Patterns, JSPs, Servlets, and other technologies.
    • Ability to work independently, be proactive, and a quick learner.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Worked with enterprise software solutions like Tyler's Entellitrak, Appian, Pegasystems, OpenText.
    • Oracle Certified Professional (Java, Oracle).
    • Experience in configuring and tuning Application servers (Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic).
    • Consulting experience in various technologies and business environments.
