Architectural Job Captain
to join our team in San Diego The person in this position assists in the development of design solutions and preparation of construction documents in collaboration with the project team.
University Degree - Bachelor/Masters of Architecture, and with 3 to 5 years experience post-education in an architectural design firm, or equivalent
Strong technical competency, proficient in Revit
Proficiency in SketchUp, Rhino, or similar software is a plus
Basic knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Demonstrated knowledge of the architectural planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration and code requirements
Effective verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
Willingness to work within a teamSkecth
Actively involved in campus, community or other volunteer activities or organizations.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills.
Self-motivated and eager learner, aptitude to grow and develop within the field
Ideal candidates must be a team player who is well organized, detail oriented, focused, design driven, accurate and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
