We are seeking a highly experienced Email Deliverability & Cold Email Specialist to provide a consultation to audit, fix, and optimize business email systems across multiple domains.
This consultation is perfect for someone who lives and breathes cold email deliverability, Gmail authentication, DNS configuration, and outbound email strategy.
Our goal is simple:
ensure emails consistently reach the inbox, prevent spam issues, improve Gmail inbox placement, and optimize deliverability across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, , Squarespace, and other email platforms.
This is a high-priority consultation with immediate start and long-term potential.For the right specialist, there is an opportunity for ongoing account management, cold email campaign optimization, revenue sharing, and advanced email monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct a full DNS audit for multiple domains, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and MX record configuration.
Identify and provide solutions for email deliverability issues, including spam placement, blocked emails, and authentication failures.
Advise on account configuration for high-performing cold email campaigns.
Ensure proper domain authentication and alignment for all outgoing emails to prevent spam and improve Gmail inbox placement.
Provide a mailbox warm-up strategy to restore sender reputation and improve deliverability.
Recommend testing and monitoring tools such as Mail-Tester, MXToolbox, GlockApps, SenderScore, Postmark, and other email validation systems.
Advise on cold email best practices, including SPF/DKIM alignment, DMARC enforcement, and sender reputation monitoring.
Deliver a step-by-step consultation report with clear recommendations for ongoing email deliverability management.
Collaborate directly with executives to develop long-term email strategies and outbound campaign optimizations.
Ideal Candidate:
Proven experience with cold email deliverability, B2B email campaigns, and email outreach optimization.
Hands-on expertise in DNS configuration, domain authentication, SPF/DKIM/DMARC alignment, MX record setup.
Experience with Google Workspace, Gmail, Microsoft 365, Squarespace email systems, and GoDaddy DNS management.
Familiarity with , , and other cold email platforms.
Ability to audit, troubleshoot, and fully resolve email authentication and deliverability issues.
Strong understanding of Gmail spam filters, sender reputation, inbox placement, and email campaign performance metrics.
Excellent communication and proactive problem-solving skills.
