Job summary

The Emory Hillandale Hospital Surgical Specialties Team is seeking to hire an Anesthetist - Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) or Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant (CAA)
  • Assists in the administration of general and regional anesthesia to surgical and non-surgical procedure patients.

Responsibilities

  • Interprets and records patient's physiological and pharmacological status,

  • Instructs others in principles and practices of anesthesia, respiratory care and cardio-pulmonary resuscitation as directed by the Anesthesiologist,

  • Establishes multi-parameter monitoring of patient prior to during

    and after anesthesia etc.

      BLS FROM AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION AHA REQUIRED ACLS AHA MAY BE REQUIRED FOR SOME LOCATIONS ANDOR SERVICES GRADUATE OF AN ACREDITED CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST CRNA OR CERTIFIED ANESTHESIOLOGIST ASSISTANT CAA MASTERS DEGREE PROGRAMCERTIFIED BY NATIONAL BOARD OF CERTIFICATION AND RE-CERTIFICATION FOR NURSE ANESTHETISTS NBCRNA OR NATIONAL COMMISSION FOR CERTIFICATION OF ANESTHESIOLOGIST ASSISTANTS NCCAA MUST MAINTAIN BIANNUAL CERTIFICATION THROUGH SUBMISSIONOF CONTINUING MEDICAL EDUCATION CMEs
