- Must be at least 16 years of age (21 for driving positions)
- Must be able to legally work in the United States
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must be able to pass a drug screen and breath alcohol test (if applicable)
- Must complete employee health meeting
- Must have an Associate's degree in a laboratory science, or medical laboratory technology from an accredited institution or equivalent. Refer to CLIA guidelines for testing personnel for explanation of equivalency. Standard; Testing Personnel Qualifications § b)(2)
- Current BLS certification (or must be obtained within 90 days of start of employment)
- Professional certification strongly preferred.
- Generalist experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology.
- Effective communication both written and verbal.
- Excellent customer service skills
- General knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
