- Approving leave, managing clinical programs, and overseeing professional consultation
- Coordinating referral and admission processes

The Chief is responsible for developing, planning, and managing the Mental Health Residential Rehabilitation Treatment Program (MHRRTP). This program oversees a wide range of professionals including Psychologists, Social Workers, Peer Support Specialists, Addiction Therapists, Vocational Rehabilitation Specialists, Psychiatrists, administrative staff, and nursing staff.
Grade Determinations:
- Nurse I, Level I: Delivers fundamental care to clients
- Nurse I, Level II: Integrates concepts and skills in care delivery
- Nurse I, Level III: Proficient in practice and goal setting
- Nurse II: Demonstrates leadership in care delivery
- Nurse III: Shows leadership and creative management in complex client care beyond practice setting
