- 3+ years experience in a support or system engineering role, in a technical capacity.
- CCNA certified
- Extensive/expert knowledge and hands on experience with compression for contribution, OTT, and distribution applications.
- Expert knowledge in the technical broadcast market, with a specific focus on Audio/Video, Metadata compression processing, particularly candidates familiar with the standard ST2110
- Experience with SSH, Switch and OS/IP configuration/ Layer 2/ Layer 3
- Experience with SDN/Orchestration systems, including the Use of Control interfaces and API's within the Broadcast space, such as NMOS and REST.
- 2+ years experience in IP networking.
- Interface experience with Cloud, AWS, GCP, Azure
- Spanish and English speaking preferred.

The Role
We are looking for an accomplished Customer Focused Support Engineer with a background in IP Networking and expert knowledge/hands-on experience with compression for contribution, OTT, and distribution applications.
This role will support North American customers, on-site and remotely by providing technology and application support for media processing. You will provide technical installation and operational support of equipment, with basic troubleshooting. Working with product support and tier 3 support team, reporting problem escalation. You will also work extensively with the companies, Lab, and test equipment for continuous growth in supporting customer applications.
